season trips), extra batteries, Motorola TalkAbout radios, small sewing kit, small waterproof

Please do not bring
additional snack foods carried in your personal gear!
In
specific cases it can be a violation of certain National
Parks rules and other restrictions.
- All these contents should easily fit in one 15x18x42 inch, very
heavy-duty watertight river duffle that we can provide. Routinely
filled dry bag weight should tip the scales under 45 pounds or
less with enough room leftover for proper bag closure.
- Keep in mind that the security scanning machines in airports are
generating higher levels of radiation since the Sept. 11 World
Trade Center attacks --- your electronics devices can be damaged
and film is at risk of having flawed
images and may show substantial image degradation if passed
through security checks in both carry-on AND checked Baggage.
*
ADVICE - get film developed prior to heading home or Go Digital!
Digital Media will not likely be influenced. Pelican, Otter, or
Underwater Kinetics camera cases suggested.
We will not shop, ship, or provide Alcoholic Beverages
on any and all rentals going out or trip departures. If you would enjoy
having Alcoholic
Beverages on your float trip that is not a problem... however it should be picked up by you prior to
our rentals going out or a your trips
departure. Keep in mind this is added gross weight on Bush
planes. Often the overweight picture is that gear, food, or
beer gets left behind. We require you to acknowledge, sign,
and date the ALASKA RAFT CONNECTION ALCOHOL WAIVER prior to any
and all rental equipment going out or your trip departures.
